To actively contribute to the economic and social development of the Company in which we operate, with an intention to improve the quality of life of our workforce and their families as well as the local community we live in and for the development of our country. One of our unique initiative as CSR is Ram Pyari Devi Soni Charitable Trust which undertakes philanthropic activities focusing on providing educational development, treatment, development of skills ,dignity and lots more to the less privileged. Our objective is to provide quality education to underprivileged children from economically disadvantaged families and also Women empowerment. This Charitable Trust is owned by the promoter himself. The trust deals with various other activities such as spread of education, health care activities specially providing a helping hand to the mentally distressed and challenged people.
We encourage our employees to set aside an amount as per there convenience to demonstrate their commitment to the causes they care about.
We also take part and encourage our employees equally to take part in adopting a project providing non-financial inputs such as providing information on child rights, and education etc. Also we do participate in the programs dedicated to planting trees , blood donation camps, pulse polio programs and many other campaigns such as safe drinking water, sanitation etc.
